For the search bots it is said that up to 250 characters are adviced
for the meta tag where you set the keywords.
Does this 250 characters include commas and (white)space

can you do this keyword1,keyword2, etc...

Or better to leave one whitespace keyword1, keyword2, etc.

Most of the webmasters (including me) believe the following are good quantitatively

Meta Title Length = 63 characters
Meta Keyword tag = 256 characters
Meta Description tag = 156 characters

All values are including spaces, and make sure beyond this limit the stuff will get cropped automatically.

Warning: DO NOT stuff your title with just keywords.
